The Department of Chemistry was established in 2019-2020. It offers B.Sc., Chemistry Courses under the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) through Bharathidasan University. In the growing demand for Chemistry the strength of the students was increased from low to high in the academic year 2020-2021. The department has a spacious laboratories with a store room and a separate space to store gas cylinders with safety fire. State-of-the-Art Laboratories to carry-out practical in the areas of organic, inorganic and Physical Chemistry. Numerous activities are organized to nurture skills beyond the classroom.
